WHC is pleased to welcome Yvette Ross Kane as the new Director of Asset Management. Yvette brings a wealth of experience in housing, finance, operations, strategic planning and program development to our team.
Prior to joining WHC, Yvette served as the Vice President of Portfolio Management at Homes for America, a mission-focused nonprofit affordable housing developer and owner. She was also the former Chief of Asset Management at the District of Columbia Housing Authority where she managed the mixed finance (HOPE VI) portfolio. She previously held senior positions at the National Bar Association, Project Match and William C. Smith & Company.
With a background working in government, nonprofit and affordable housing, she is well-matched to move WHC into our next phase as an organization with a growing affordable housing portfolio to serve the entire DC, MD, and VA region. You can learn more about Yvette on her bio page. Welcome Yvette!
