WHC Welcomes Social Impact Program Manager
WHC is excited to announce a new addition to our staff. Destiny Delaware joined WHC in September as the new Social Impact Program Manager.
With a Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) and a Master’s in Conflict Analysis & Resolution, Destiny Delaware has dedicated her career to serving marginalized and underrepresented communities in the DC-Metropolitan area. Destiny leverages her skills as a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) practitioner to embed inclusive principles into the social impact strategy and program implementation for the Washington Housing Conservancy. Destiny is passionate about driving meaningful change, improving access to resources, and ensuring that all individuals have a stable foundation for their wellbeing.
