Kevin Clinton

Kevin Clinton is the Chair of WHC’s Board of Directors. Kevin is the Chief Program Officer for the Federal City Council, a civic organization that operates at the intersection of the federal government, the local government and the business community to promote progress in the nation’s capital. Kevin leads the organization’s activities in the areas of economic diversification, education and government efficiency and manages the organization’s internal operations.

He previously served in senior management positions with the D.C. Tax Revision Commission, Detroit Public Schools, and the Government of the District of Columbia. Also, he provided public sector turnaround consulting and advisory services to clients in elementary and secondary education, state and municipal governments.

He received his MBA from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business and his MS in Public Policy Analysis and BA in Economics from the University of Rochester.
