The Washington Housing Conservancy and NHT Communities welcomed Prince George’s County Executive Angela Alsobrooks to Hamilton Manor at a press conference to announce the expansion of the County’s Right of First Refusal (ROFR) program. WHC’s Executive Director Kimberly Driggins spoke on the importance of this program to preserve rental affordability, and partnered with NHTC to be the first organizations to successfully use the program.
